Apple Nachos

NACHOS, but make them dessert 😍 I seriously love apple nachos, they are the best healthy, filling and versatile dessert! ❤️

💥crushed walnuts
💥coconut flakes
💥chia seeds
💥hemp seeds
💥chocolate chips (or melted drizzle of chocolate)
💥cacao nibs

Ingredients:

1 sliced medium red apple
Drizzled peanut butter
Pumpkin seeds
Goji berries (Navitas Organics)

Fruit & Yogurt Bowl


Yesterday I got these truly massive strawberries at the grocery store and I had to put them to good use 🍓 I made a post work, protein bowl with vanilla Greek yogurt and toppings!! 🌳


Ingredients:

Chobani vanilla Greek yogurt
1 ginormous strawberry sliced up
1 sprinkle of truly tropical Golden Girl Granola from my Clean Fit Box
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Peanut Butter Oat Balls

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup chia seeds
1/8 cup honey
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips

Recipe:

1. Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl
2. Form into 1 inch balls and chill in fridge or freezer until solidified
3. Enjoy at room temperature or chilled! I store mine out of the fridge (but the batch will be gone in 2-3 days). If you are going to take 1 week+ to eat these, I recommend storing in the fridge
