LOVE a good Saturday smoothie. 🫐 Especially one with added protein and collagen 🥰


Ingredients:

3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 – 3/4 cup Almond Breeze unsweetened among milk
Trader Joe’s strawberry yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides

Chocolate covered strawberry smoothie?? 🍓 🍫 I have tried so many protein powders over the years, but this Oxyfresh chocolate vibe powder has to be one of my favorites! 💕

1 banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup almond milk (may need more depending on your blender power)
1/2 scoop Vital Proteins collagen powder
(topping) Eat Supernola pineapple ginger fusion clusters
(topping) Bob’s Red Mill shredded coconut
(topping) chia seeds

Kale & Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

Delicious and refreshing smoothie bowl in 10 minutes or less!


Ingredients: 

2 C Kale
3/4 C Sweetened Almond Milk
1 Frozen Banana
1/4 C Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 C Frozen Pineapple Chunks
1/2 Sliced Fresh Banana
1/4 C Hemp Seeds 
2 TB Crushed Walnuts

Recipe:

Step 1: Blend Kale, Almond Milk, Frozen Banana, Greek Yogurt and Frozen Pineapple Chunks until smooth 


Step 2: Pour into bowl and top with sliced banana, hemp seeds and walnuts 
(add other fresh fruits or nuts of your choice!)


Step 3: ENJOY!
