Maple Quinoa Overnight Oats

Simple and delicious overnight oats! 


Ingredients: 

1/2 C Granola of your choice (I used Granolust Maple Quinoa Crunch)
1 Tb Walnuts
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
2/3 C Almond Milk (I used Silk Unsweetened Vanilla)
1/3 C Fresh Blueberries
2 Tb Fresh Pomegranate Seeds

Recipe:

Step 1: Add all ingredients to a jar. Leave overnight and enjoy in the morning! 

Kale & Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

Delicious and refreshing smoothie bowl in 10 minutes or less!


Ingredients: 

2 C Kale
3/4 C Sweetened Almond Milk
1 Frozen Banana
1/4 C Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 C Frozen Pineapple Chunks
1/2 Sliced Fresh Banana
1/4 C Hemp Seeds 
2 TB Crushed Walnuts

Recipe:

Step 1: Blend Kale, Almond Milk, Frozen Banana, Greek Yogurt and Frozen Pineapple Chunks until smooth 


Step 2: Pour into bowl and top with sliced banana, hemp seeds and walnuts 
(add other fresh fruits or nuts of your choice!)


Step 3: ENJOY!
