Ingredients:

Mission Foods carb balance wrap
Air fried leftover chicken
1 sliced cucumber
Mini handful spinach
Drizzle of Trader Joe’s vegan Caesar dressing

Homemade Chicken Chilli


Warm and cozy Sunday’s call for healthy homemade chicken chili! 🔥 – Usually, this recipe calls for turkey, but today, I tried it out with ground chicken, and it was JUST AS DELICIOUS 🐓


Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil
2 minced cloves garlic
1/2 medium yellow onion – diced
1/2 medium red pepper – diced
1 pound ground chicken
1 can (14.5 oz) of diced tomatos in juices
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
2-3 stalks green onion
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp paprika

Sautéed zucchini and squash w/ garlic powder
