Sausage & Peppers Meal

Ingredients:

Sautéd spicy Italian chicken sausage
Sautéd red and yellow peppers
Brown rice
Cilantro

Garlic and Honey Marinated Shrimp


I cannot explain how much happiness this meal brought me. I was watching @haleypham the other day and she tried to make marinated shrimp. Spoiler…it didn’t turn out well, so I knew I NEEDED to give it a try🍤


Ingredients:

16 oz. bag shrimp
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp paprika
Brown rice w/ spinach
Chopped cherry tomatoes
Green onion

Recipe:

1. Devein and peel shrimp
2. Mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic salt and paprika in large ziplock bag
3. Add shrimp to bag. Marinate in fridge for 1+ hours
4. Sauté shrimp on stovetop and enjoy!
5. I chose to serve my shrimp over brown rice, spinach, and cherry tomatoes

Greek Chickpea Buddha Bowls

I have been making an effort to eat less and less meat these past few months. One of my FAVORITE vegetarian meals EVER is chickpea Greek Buddha bowls 🥗


Ingredients:

Air fried chick peas (tossed in lemon pepper seasoning)
Wild rice
Shredded spinach
Black beans
Corn
Chopped cherry tomatoes
Diced red onion
Feta cheese
Lemon juice
Hummus
Cilantro

Nourish Bowl Dinner

Had no intention of posting this photo; I genuinely thought..meh this is an average dinner 🤨 Than I thought about it..this is such a well balanced, filling and healthy meal!!!! ❤️ Anyways, this bowl was phenomenal and so customizable to any persons taste (ie. you can sub in almost any veggie, take out the sausage, etc.)
