Ingredients:

Silk almond milk vanilla yogurt
Target vanilla almond granola
Strawberries
Hemp seeds

Spicy and Sweet Peanut Butter Toast

I’ve shared this toast combo on my stories 1,000 times so it’s about time I share it in my feed. PLEASE hear me out..because this one does sound odd, but I swear it’s delicious 😂


Ingredients:

2 slices Ezekiel toast
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 drizzle honey (pls ignore the honey explosion on the bottom toast)
Sprinkle of red pepper flakes
(Optional): sprinkle hemp hearts

Hailey Bieber Pizza Toast


I had to try the iconic Hailey Bieber pizza toast, and it did not disappoint 🍕 I had to make some slight changes — because I don’t have fresh burrata in my fridge 🙈


Ingredients:

2 slices sourdough bread
2 spoonfuls of Carbone Fine Foods marinara sauce
1 medium tomato (from my Hungryroot delivery)
Fresh sliced mozzarella and Gouda cheese
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Garnished with fresh chopped green onion

Recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2. Place 2 slices of toast on oven safe pan
3. Add sauce, seasonings, tomato, cheese and salt and pepper
4. Bake at 375 F for 10 minutes (or until cheese is fully melted and lightly bubbly)
5. Garnish and enjoy 😘

Honey-Lime Fruit Salad

Fruit salad is delicious, but fruit salad with honey lime dressing is AMAZING😍 Especially when the blackberries are from my latest Hungry Harvest delivery! 📦


Ingredients:

Strawberries
Blueberries
Blackberries (from my Hungry Harvest delivery)
2 parts honey to 1 part lime juice, whisked together and drizzled over top of fruit

Strawberry Banana Smoothie


Been overly excited about post-workout smoothies recently (sorry, but also, they’re also amazing 😂). Anyways, here’s a strawberry one!! 🍓


Ingredients:

3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
1/3 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
3/4 – 1 cup Silk almond milk (depending on how thick/thin you like it)
1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides

Green Smoothie

Been really obsessed with post gym smoothies now a days🧘🏼‍♀️ this one…was perfect


Ingredients:

1 cup frozen pineapple
1 banana
3/4 cup SIlk almond milk
1 large handful spinach
1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides

Air Fryer Pizza

I took a long break from this page..2 or 3 weeks I think! The longest break I’ve had in a while! I went through a big life change and needed time for myself. I ate toaster waffles and frozen pizzas and ate meals without any planning. 🧇

It was nice, but I’m so happy to be back. I’m easing back into it with this Mission carb balance air fryer pizza 🍕

Pumpkin Spice Truffles

OK FRIENDS. Pumpkin spice truffles are finally made and in the freezer and I couldn’t be happier. 🎃 These bite sized treats are the perfect snack for anytime of day (especially cozying up while watching a holiday movie) 🎄


Ingredients:

2 ounces cream cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbles
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice seasoning
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
(Topping): semi sweet Enjoy Life chocolate chips with a little bit of added oil (I used coconut)

Directions:

1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and pumpkin purée until fully combined
2. Fold in graham cracker crumbles and seasonings
3. Cover and chill mixture for about an hour
4. Roll mixture into little 1 inch balls
5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together – I did this in the microwave in 30 second intervals and mixing in between each interval
6. Roll balls in chocolate and set on tray
7. Place tray in freezer until chocolate solidifies (about 2-3 hours)
8. Store in fridge/freezer and ENJOY!
9. Optional – enjoy while watching Christmas movies and with a large mug of hot cocoa ☕️

Truffle Parmesan Sweet Potato

Ok call me crazy, but have you ever had a truffle Parmesan baked sweet potato? Because these…are FIRE 🔥


Ingredients:

1 baked sweet potato
1 drizzle truffle oil
1 tbsp sprinkled Parmesan
Sprinkle of parsley

Double Chocolate Peppermint Cookies

MY BOYFRIEND SAID THE NICEST THING TO ME TODAY! I baked these fresh double chocolate peppermint cookies today and asked Justin to try one!
He looks up and says…”did you put fudge in the middle” 🥺 I was about to cry. If that’s not a testament to how fudgey and delicious these cookies are…idk what will convince you


Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter (I used PB Fit chocolate flavor)
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1-2 tbsp flour – until batter is firm
1 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 cup Enjoy Life dairy free chocolate chips
(optional: 2 crushed candy canes for topping)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix all ingredients into large bowl
3. Form into 1 inch balls and place on greased baking sheet
4. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top (press them in a bit so they stick)
5. Chill batter in fridge or freezer until cold to touch! Batter that’s too warm will spread and melt in the oven – and make flat pancake cookies
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes
7. Let cool and enjoy! Happy holidays! ❤️

Avocado Deviled Eggs


Pls ignore the sun attacking this photo, but DEVILED eggs? (for spooky season, get it?) 😅 I love deviled eggs so much, but I really only eat them at parties. 🎈 So being the absolute genius I am (😂), I shrunk down my regular recipe and made it into a snack size recipe (serves 2) 🥂


Ingredients:

3 eggs
1/2 small avocado
1 stalk chopped green onion
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp lite Mayo (or plain Greek yogurt)
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder
(Optional) sprinkle paprika for garnish

Directions:

1. Bring water to a boil. Drops eggs in and cover.
2. Boil for 10-12 minutes
3. Drop eggs into an ice bath and let cool
4. Peel eggs and scoop yolk out into a medium sized bowl
5. Add all other ingredients to yolk and mix until combined
6. Add mixture into piping bag and pipe back into egg white “cups”
(You can also use a spoon, I just wanted to be extra)
7. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!
