Been overly excited about post-workout smoothies recently (sorry, but also, they’re also amazing 😂). Anyways, here’s a strawberry one!! 🍓


Ingredients:

3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
1/3 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
3/4 – 1 cup Silk almond milk (depending on how thick/thin you like it)
1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides

Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen pineapple
1 banana
3/4 cup SIlk almond milk
1 large handful spinach

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie

Chocolate covered strawberry smoothie?? 🍓 🍫 I have tried so many protein powders over the years, but this Oxyfresh chocolate vibe powder has to be one of my favorites! 💕

OH YES. This smoothie was super fun to make and even more fun to drink 😋 It was my first time making an açaí smoothie at home and it was much easier than I expected (idk what I was expecting..LOL) 🥰


Ingredients:

1 package açaí mix (Trader Joe’s)
1/2 banana
1/2 scoop Vital Proteins collagen powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (Whole Foods)
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries

Blueberry Gummy Bear Smoothie

How cute is this jar!!! 🐻 This is my (appropriately named) blueberry gummy bear smoothie! 💙 There are even some hidden greens in here 🌱


Ingredients:

2/3 cups frozen blueberries
1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (I use Light and Fit)
1 banana
2/3 cup Silk unsweetened almond milk
1 large handful spinach

Just your classic strawberry banana smoothie with some added greens. Trying to use up all the frozen berries in my freezer right now, don’t want to waste anything! 🍓

Tropical Cherry and Banana Smoothie

Definitely not the prettiest smoothie I’ve ever made 😂😂
Warm weather makes me crave tropical smoothies and today was no exception. 🍒 Weird combo, but this is a banana-cherry smoothie! 🍌

1/2 cup (or 1 small handful) spinach
3/4 – 1 cup coconut water
