Chicken Caesar Wrap

An oldie but a goodie 🥬 Chicken Caesar wraps! So fresh, so crunchy, so much YUM! 🥰


Ingredients:

1 Mission carb balance whole wheat wrap
2 air friend chicken tenders
1 large handful arugula (or spinach or any green)
1 tbsp shredded Parmesan
1 drizzle Caesar dressing (⭐️ pro tip, add a little bit of water to the dressing to get better drizzle/spreadage ⭐️)

Classic Grilled Cheese

I always forget how delicious a classic grilled cheese sandwich can be. 🧀 Especially when you add extra toppings! 😋


Ingredients:

2 slices whole wheat bread
1 slice provolone cheese
Sliced tomato
Sliced avocado
Cilantro (because I add cilantro to everything)

Black Bean Burger

Very accidentally made the worlds most delicious black bean burger and needed to share! 🍔


Ingredients:

1 toasted English muffin
Morning Star black bean burger patty
1 slice cheddar cheese
1/2 avocado mashed
1 small handful spinach
(Optional – ketchup and mustard for dipping)

Light Egg Salad Wrap

EGG SALAD ANYONE? Ok I know, egg salad is controversial…but I do enjoy it. 🙈 I also love pineapple on pizza so..if you no longer trust me, I understand. Anyways, this wrap was delish. Recipe below! ❤️


Ingredients:

2 hard boiled eggs, lightly chopped
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp relish
Salt and pepper to taste

PART 2 of YOU DON’T HAVE TO HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO EAT CLEAN 😂 I got some fantastic feedback on my last post; lots of us agree, we don’t have endless amounts of time to make extravagant meals, so I thought I would share another ~*life hack*~ for quick and healthy lunches! 😋

This is, essentially, a two ingredient lunch, Mission Foods whole wheat carb balance wrap, and a Costco salad kit! The salad kit had spinach, bacon bits, tomato’s, shredded cheese, hard boiled eggs, and a balsamic dressing! 🥗 You are obviously welcome to add any other ingredients you want such as avocado, cucumber, shredded carrots, red onion, etc. to make it your own!🥕

Salad kit + Wrap = THE EASIEST lunch EVER 😊

Salad Pita Pocket


LETS TALK ABOUT SALAD PITA POCKETS 🥗 I always forget about these but today, I ordered a salad form California Chicken Cafe in Los Angeles and it came with these cute little pita pockets 🥙 I decided to stuff my California Chicken Salad (complete with lettuce, tomato, white meat chicken, avocado, feta cheese, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, croutons, and pasta) right into the pita pocket and it was DELISH 🥰


Healthy Veggie Wrap

Let’s talk about vegetables. 👉🏼 For myself, I always shoot to make vegetables at least half of my meal — I don’t always succeed, but it’s a nice goal 💁🏼‍♀️I would say this wrap more than sufficed, considering it’s mostly veggies 😂


Ingredients:

1 spinach wrap Mission Foods
1 tbsp spinach and feta dip
1 slice ham
1 slice cheddar cheese
1/4 sliced avocado 🥑
1 handful shredded carrots 🥕
1 handful spinach 🥬

Black Bean Burger


Had one of the best and easiest lunches today! ☀️ I have been really loving veggie burgers recently, I have plans to DIY some chickpea and/or black bean burgers sometime soon so keep an eye out 🍔


Ingredients:

1 English muffin
1 black bean burger (I used Morning Star)
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 handful spinach – I added it to the burger when it was warm and it wilted so I could top the burger!

The wrap phase continues!! Today I chose these Spinach & Herb low carb wraps and stuffed them with VEGAN BURGERS! 🍔 10/10 would recommend and will definitely have again 🤩

Beyond Meat vegan burger
1 slice mild cheddar cheese
1 large handful spinach

Grilled Peanut Butter & JAM

Sometimes the best things in life are the simplest ⭐️ Like this almond butter and raspberry jam sandwich! 🥪 Need I say more?? 🤤

2 slices bread
Almond butter
Raspberry Jam (I used the Trader Joe’s brand jam)

Carb Balance Ham and Cheese Wrap


I really love these carb balance wraps by Mission Foods 😍 BTW this is not sponsored. They have 4g net carbs per serving and 70 calories vs. the traditional wrap which has 25g and 140 calories!! 🙈 I will say, there are much healthier wrap choices. I typically try to reach for a high fiber whole wheat wrap, but when I am craving a soft taco style wrap, this is a great alternative to the traditional full carb wraps! 😌
