spicy Taco Bowl

This fajita bowl really packed a spicy punch 🌶


Ingredients:

1 lb. lean ground chicken
2 tbsp oh my spice spicy fajita seasoning (from my Clean Fit Box)
1 red pepper
Guacamole (yes I apologize for how ugly my guacamole is, I didn’t mash it well..lol)
Shredded cheese
Diced green onion (At the base of this bowl is some iceberg lettuce)

Farro Salad

Made this delicious farro salad today to change things up! It was fresh, vegan, and SUPER clean 🌱


Ingredients:

2 cups farro
1 can black beans
1 can chickpeas
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 large cucumber diced
Juice from one lemon
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning

Shrimp Cesar Salad


I don’t know what is wrong with me, but recently I can’t stop eating Cesar salads 😂 Decided to mix it up and add shrimp into this one! 😋


Ingredients (salad):

1 cup arugula
1 cup spinach
10 air fried shrimp
Cesar dressing
Shredded Parmesan cheese
5 croutons 

Ingredients (fruit):

Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries

Pasta Salad


I would like to preface this with: DONT COME FOR ME IN THE COMMENTS. I ran out of broccoli and carrots. I know there should be more veggies in here, but I ran out and didn’t want to go to the grocery store 🙈


Ingredients:

2 cups rotini whole wheat pasta
1 can diced black olives
1 cup torn arugula
1/2 cup cubed sharp cheddar cheese
1 chopped red pepper
1/4 cup (ish) lite Italian dressing
