Cauliflower mashed potato’s with green onion
Sautéed zucchini and squash w/ garlic powder

Ingredients:

Shredded arugula
Ground Turkey (w/ taco seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, & chili powder)
Spanish rice
Corn
Black beans
Diced tomatoes
Diced red onion
(Not pictured: cilantro, diced avocado)

Sausage and Veggie Dinner

My first dinner home! 🏡 My boyfriend and I spent the past few weeks living in an apartment in Washington DC and it was SO MUCH FUN! ♥️ I do have to admit, it feels amazing to be back home, in my kitchen, with all of my spices/seasonings, pots, pans, etc.


My first dinner back is a one pan meal with sweet Italian sausage, red pepper, yellow onion, zucchini, green onion and arugula! 😋

Sausage, Peppers & Onion Bowl

POST VACATION FUEL. I had so much fun visiting my dad in South Carolina this weekend. We explored Savannah, GA, drank wine, golfed, and relaxed by the pool 🍹 Here is my first meal back..so delish


Ingredients:

Sliced chicken apple sausage
Diced yellow onion
Diced orange bell pepper
Rough chopped spinach
Base: brown rice

Naan Pizza

Naan pizza is seriously THE BEST dinner! 🍕 I got these garlic naan breads from Amazon Fresh today and WOW! And pineapple belongs on pizza…I will not accept any other opinions 😂


Ingredients:

1 piece garlic naan bread
Mozzarella cheese
Homemade tomato sauce (recipe 2 posts back)
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Sliced ham
Sliced pineapple
Diced cherry tomatoes
Spinach

Tortilla Pizza

Weekly tortilla pizza ✅ These are the absolute best and please…if you haven’t tried these…this is your sign 🍕


Ingredients:

Mission carb balance whole wheat tortilla
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 spoonfuls tomato sauce
Diced fresh tomatoes
Handful arugula
Garlic salt
Onion powder
Italian seasoning

Vegan Taco Bowls


Ever since my YouTube video “eating vegan for 24 hours” I really haven’t been craving much meat! 🧐 So interesting….for example, a bowl like this..a delicious VEGAN taco bowl..I would typically add chicken, but to be honest, I just didn’t want to! 😅 New Year new me?? Who knows..


Ingredients:

Brown rice cooked with cilantro and lemon juice
Sautéd red pepper, yellow onion and shredded carrots
Black beans
Chopped cilantro

Nourish Bowl Dinner

Had no intention of posting this photo; I genuinely thought..meh this is an average dinner 🤨 Than I thought about it..this is such a well balanced, filling and healthy meal!!!! ❤️ Anyways, this bowl was phenomenal and so customizable to any persons taste (ie. you can sub in almost any veggie, take out the sausage, etc.)


Ingredients:

1 cup brown rice
1/4 cup yellow corn
1/4 cup broccoli
Air fried chickpeas
Air fried @aidellssausage chicken apple sausage

Baked Tortilla Pizza


I will never stop posting pizza content 🍕 I wish I could eat oven baked tortilla pizza every…day… of my life 😍


Ingredients:

1 carb balance Mission whole wheat tortilla
Tomato sauce
Shredded mozzarella
Spinach
Garlic salt and oregano
(optional): pepperoni

Tofu Bowl

I CANT EXPRESS MY HAPPINESS!! 😍 I was finally able to make tofu taste good, after 10+ tries, we did it!!


Ingredients:

1/2 block tofu (1 lb.)
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup bread crumbs (any kind works)
1/8 cup olive oil
Seasonings: garlic salt, onion powder, Healthy On You paleo poultry rub from my Clean Fit Box

Recipe:
1. Slice tofu into desired sized chunks
2. Mix bread crumbs, flour and seasonings in 1 bowl
3. Add olive oil to another bowl
4. Dip tofu in olive oil, and than in breading
5. Place into air fryer and air fry for around 15 minutes (or until tofu reaches your desired texture – I like mine CRISPY)
6. Pair tofu with anything you would like (pictured here I have some Right Rice and veggies) and ENJOY! 💕

Oven Baked Tortilla Pizza

Oven baked tortilla pizza today for lunch and this…didn’t disappoint! 🍕 10/10 would recommend this, anytime anywhere!! 💕


Ingredients:

1 whole wheat tortilla (I used Mission carb balance wraps)
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Shredded spinach
Chopped mushrooms

Recipe:

1. Assemble pizza by placing tortilla down, adding sauce, topping with cheese and toppings
2. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until desired crispiness
3. Cut into slices and enjoy! 🍕

Black Bean Burger

Very accidentally made the worlds most delicious black bean burger and needed to share! 🍔


Ingredients:

1 toasted English muffin
Morning Star black bean burger patty
1 slice cheddar cheese
1/2 avocado mashed
1 small handful spinach
(Optional – ketchup and mustard for dipping)
