Raw And Healthy Brownie Bites

EXCUSE ME 🚨 Where have these raw and healthy brownie bites been my entire life??? 🍫 Very huge shoutout to Erin Lives Whole for creating this delicious recipe!!! 🥰

1.5 cups walnuts
1 cup pitted mejadool dates
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt
2-3 tbsp water


1. Blend all ingredients together
2. Place dough in freezer for 30 minutes
3. Roll into 1 inch balls
(Optional) 4. Roll in cacao powder
5. Store in freezer or fridge

Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Everyone stop! 🛑 These chocolate chip cookies from Lovely Delites are SO YUMMY! 🍪 I adjusted the recipe a bit (below) to fit my household but the original recipe can be found on Hannah’s website!


1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup peanut butter (I used Justin’s vanilla honey flavor)
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life dairy free)

Fudgy Peanut Butter Banana Brownies

HELLO FUDGEY PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BROWNIES!!! 🤤 I really let my bunch of bananas go this week and I didn’t want to make another batch of banana bread, so I got creative!! These fudgy brownies are defiantly non traditional and SUPER delicious. ❤️


2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted natural Jif peanut butter
1/4 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mash bananas in large mixing bowl
3. Mix in sugar, honey, butter and vanilla
4. Mix in dry ingredients
5. Pour batter into greased baking dish
6. Drizzle melted peanut butter on top and swirl it around. Add chocolate chips on top
7. Bake on 350 F for 25-30 minutes
8. Let cool, slice and enjoy!

Soft And Chewy Gingerbread Cookies

SOFT AND CHEWY GINGERBREAD COOKIES 🍪 I am obsessed with gingerbread cookies but (unpopular opinion) I don’t really like the dry flat standard, I love fluffy spice filled cookies! 🎄 These cookies are the perfect addition to any holiday spread 😊


1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup softened butter
2 tbsp white sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp water
2 tbsp molasses
(Topping: 2 tbsp white sugar to roll balls in before baking)


1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix well
3. Add wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated
4. Roll into balls, recipe makes about 12 cookies
5. Roll balls in white sugar and place on greased baking sheet 1 inch apart
6. Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes
7. Let cool and enjoy! 🌲

Healthy Snickerdoodle Cookies

HEALTHY SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES! 🍪 I think at this point I’ve made a healthy version of every type of cookie except snickerdoodles 😂 It’s about freaking time I showed these cookies some love, and just in time for the holidays 🎄


1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut sugar
(Topping: coconut sugar and cinnamon)


1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
3. Mix in ALL wet ingredients
4. Form dough into 1/2 inch balls
5. In a separate small bowl, mix coconut sugar and cinnamon
6. Roll dough balls in cinnamon sugar mixture
7. Place on greased baking sheet
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes
9. Let cool and try not to eat the entire batch 😋

Double Chocolate Peppermint Holiday Cookies

I am crying because it is finally that time of the year!! 🎄 Of course, with the holiday season, comes…holiday cookies 🍪 These double chocolate peppermint cookies are a guaranteed crowd pleaser 🎅🏼


1 cup almond butter (I used Ground Up cinnamon snicker doodle almond butter from my Clean Fit Box)
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 cup Enjoy Life dairy free chocolate chips
(optional: 2 crushed candy canes for topping)


1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix all ingredients into large bowl
3. Form into 1 inch balls and place on greased baking sheet
4. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top (press them in a bit so they stick)
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes
6. Let cool and enjoy! Happy holidays! ❤️

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hello banana chocolate chip cookies 🍪 If you saw my YouTube video today, you know I love Christmas! And what better way to get into the Christmas spirit than with some THICCC chocolate chip cookies!! 🍌


1.5 mashed bananas
1 egg
3/4 cup oats
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup @enjoylifefoods dairy free chocolate chunks


1. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl
2. Mix in all ingredients. Mixture will be thick!! 3. Place on greased baking sheet in 1-2 inch flat cookie shapes. Dough does not rise or change shape too much.
4. Bake at 355 F for 10ish minutes or until golden brown around the edges
5. Enjoy!!

Healthy Graham Cracker Snack

One of my ALL TIME favorite snacks is graham crackers 🥰 They are incredibly versatile, sometimes I put Nutella, jellies/jams, peanut butter, nuts, shredded coconut, seeds, etc. My point is you can top them with almost anything. 🌿

Today I made this graham cracker snack with peanut butter, blueberries and a drizzle of honey 🍯

Apple Spice Cookies

ANOTHER DAY, another batch of fall themed cookies 🍁 Today’s cookie, apple spice! 🍎


2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 1/4 cups coconut sugar
1/3 cup Apple cider (or apple juice)
1 cup diced apples


1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Place on greased baking sheet
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes
5. Let cool and enjoy. Recipe makes about 30 small cookies

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

PUMPKIN. CHOCOLATE CHIP. COOKIES 🎃 Spooky season is HERE! But no fall is complete without 1000 different pumpkin treats right?!! 🍪


1 cup pumpkin purée
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 cups wheat flour
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
(Optional) 1/2 cup Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix pumpkin purée, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix well.
3. Slowly add flour. Than toss in cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg and baking soda
4. Scoop onto a greased baking sheet about 1 inch apart. The cookies don’t expand much.
5. Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until fully cooked!
6. Let cool and enjoy! This recipe makes about 40 small cookies 🍪

Rice Krispies Bites

I made healthy-ish Rice Krispie Bites!! 💙 I was at the store the other day and I came across a box of Rice Krispie treats and was so excited! They’re one of those foods that I had when I was a kid but haven’t had in YEARS! So I decided to make my own, adult (healthy-ish) version that I could enjoy 😊


2 cups marshmallows
2 cups multi grain Cheerios
1/8 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
2 tsp chia seeds
1 pinch salt


1. Melt coconut oil and marshmallows (I did it in the microwave but some people use the stovetop, either works)
2. Mix coconut oil and marshmallows until thoroughly combined
3. Fold in Cheerios, walnuts, chia seeds and salt
4. Place in greased dish and shape to the form you would like (I did a square so it was easy to slice)
5. Let cool/harden. I placed in the freezer because i am impatient, but any cool dry place will do
6. Slice and enjoy!

Fudgey Chickpea Blondies

VEGAN BAKING TIME 🌱 I made this recipe last year around this time ⏰ When I saw the photo in my memories I knew I had to recreate these! They’re so so fudgey and can be mixed in the blender (which, for me, is super convenient)!! 🌪


1 can chickpeas
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup the soulfull project oats
1/4 cup Justin’s honey peanut butter
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
(1/4 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips)


1. Open chickpeas. Rinse and drain them
2. Add all ingredients to blender (expect chocolate chips)
3. Blend until mixture is smooth and full combined. This is a tough process if you, like me, don’t have an amazing blender. I added a cap full of oat milk to help blend
4. Place in greased baking sheet
5. Bake at 415 F for 25-30 minutes
6. Let cool completely before cutting and enjoy! ❤️
