Elderberry Cashew Butter & Raspberry Jelly Toast

THIS TOAST IS A FREAKIN VIBE 🍃 Seriously, I don’t think I’ve ever taken a prettier photo of toast..but this was perfect timing because I tried some new nut butter today (and honestly….10/10 delicious)! 🍞


Ingredients:

1 slice sourdough bread toasted
1 tbsp Jem Organics elderberry cashew butter (from my Clean.Fit Box)
Mashed raspberries
Sprinkle hemp seeds

Warm Waffle Breakfast

Warm waffles might be, my favorite breakfast EVER! 🧇 Happy Tuesday!


Ingredients:

2 wheat waffles
Blueberries
Raspberries
Drizzle of light maple syrup

Berries & Cream

Berries and cream anyone? 😂 I have been stuck on “berries and cream tik tok” for like a month now (IYKYK). Anyways, made this delicious and simple bowl and wanted to share. 🍓


Ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk yogurt
Sliced strawberries
Manitoba Harvest hemp seeds
Drizzle honey

Meal Prep Egg Cups


Another #MealPrep for my weekdays! These egg cups are the perfect breakfast, just heat and go! 🥚


Ingredients:

1 package biscuits
5 eggs
3/4 cup chopped arugula
1/4 cup diced yellow onion
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Grease cupcake tin
3. Halve biscuits. Take each halved biscuit and place in bottom of cupcake tin
4. In a large bowl, mix eggs and desired filling. (I added onion, arugula, and cheese)
5. Pour egg mixture over the biscuits and fill to top
6. Bake for 15 (ish) minutes. Until eggs are fully cooked – or to your liking.
7. Let cool and enjoy, OR freeze and enjoy reheated for up to 2 weeks

Banana Oat Pancakes


BANANA, OAT, PANCAKES. Need I say more? 100% inspired by Linda Sun most recent video with Abbeys Kitchen 🥞

Ingredients:

1 banana
1 egg
1/4 cup oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
(topping): 1 tbsp coconut oil
(topping): 1/4 cup mixed berries
(topping): maple syrup
(topping): 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Recipe:

1. Blend banana, egg, oats, cinnamon and vanilla together
2. Pour onto hot pan in pancake shapes
3. Flip, when small bubbles form, and remove from heat
4. Once pancakes are done, put coconut oil in pan with mixed berries
5. Sauté until berries are soft
6. Top pancakes with berries and drizzle your favorite topping. I chose maple syrup!
7. Bonus points if you add seeds or nuts for added protein/healthy fats ♥️

Double Chocolate Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

1 cup mashed bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter (I used @jifbrand natural)
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mash banana in large bowl
3. Mix all ingredients together. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Grease muffin tin
5. Fill muffin tins about 3/4 to the top
6. Bake at 350 F for 20 ish minutes or until fully cooked (clean toothpick poke)
7. Let cool and enjoy ♥️

Ricotta Toast

EVERYONE KNOWS ricotta toast is trending right now. 🍞 I have seen all sorts of combinations, but none quite like this. I found this combo while browsing The Crooked Carrot’s website and have not turned back! 🥕 TRUST ME…this is a must try


Ingredients:

1 slice whole grain toast
1 schmear ricotta cheese
Lemon zest
Shredded basil
Red pepper flakes
Drizzle of honey

Strawberry Vanilla Parfait

THE BEST summer time snack ☀️ I am a lover of all things to do with Nilla Wafers and I recently rediscovered them!! 👏🏼 I decided to add it to this perfect parfait to create the perfect, light, summer snack 🌸


Ingredients:

Crushed Nilla Wafers
Diced strawberries
1 Chobani vanilla Greek yogurt

Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

VEGAN CINNAMON ROLLS (thank you Choosing Balance for the recipe) 🥰 I was expecting these to be good, but I wasn’t expecting these to be AMAZING. 😂 I am trying to resist eating this entire batch..right now 🔥


Ingredients (dough):

1 1/4 cup Bake Good Food almond flour
1 cup Chobani vanilla Greek yogurt (use Siggis or another vegan brand to keep these vegan)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Ingredients (filling):

1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

Recipe:

1. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, yogurt, maple syrup, baking powder and apple cider vinegar
2. Place dough in fridge to cool (20-30 minutes)
3. Knead dough and roll out into rectangle
4. In a small bowl, mix coconut sugar and cinnamon together
5. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture all over the rectangle of dough
6. Roll dough into a log like shape
7. Slice into 6-7 cinnamon rolls
8. Place on greased baking dish
9. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes
10. Let cool. Optional: add cream cheese frosting and ENJOY!
