Fruit & Yogurt Bowl


Yesterday I got these truly massive strawberries at the grocery store and I had to put them to good use 🍓 I made a post work, protein bowl with vanilla Greek yogurt and toppings!! 🌳


Ingredients:

Chobani vanilla Greek yogurt
1 ginormous strawberry sliced up
1 sprinkle of truly tropical Golden Girl Granola from my Clean Fit Box
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Cinnamon Sugar Pancakes

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp coconut sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
(Topping): coconut sugar
(Topping): cinnamon

Fruit Salad

Fruit salad is ALWAYS the answer 🍓 I am obsessed with fresh fruit bowls. The secret ingredient? 🤫 A little bit of honey 🍯 and a little bit of lemon juice 🍋 mixed together and drizzled over the top of your fruit bowl 🍇


Ingredients:

Sliced strawberries
Sliced banana
Raspberries
Green grapes

CopyCat Starbucks Egg Bites


Copycat Starbucks egg white bites! 🥚 These turned out SO MUCH better than I expected…I am so happy I now have this recipe in my arsenal 😍


Ingredients:

4 egg whites
1/2 bell pepper diced
1 cup spinach chopped
1/4 cup shredded cheese (I used 3 cheese Mexican blend)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 325 F
2. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
3. Grease muffin tins
4. Pour mixture into muffin tins. Should make about 6 ‘muffins’
5. Bake at 325 F for 22-25 minutes or until ‘muffins’ begin to turn golden brown
6. Let cool and enjoy! 🍳

Avocado Toast (with a Twist)


Hello friends! 🥑 I am back! This weekend I took some time to celebrate my 26th birthday with my amazing friends and family. 🎂 After a long weekend of celebrating my birthday (with copious amounts of cake) it feels good to have a big slice of avocado sourdough toast (with a sweet and spicy twist) 🌪


Ingredients:

1/2 avocado mashed
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Garlic salt
Drizzle of honey
Red chili flakes

Blueberry Protein Waffles

In the middle of eating this Flourish waffle stack, I realized how pretty it was 🧇 Naturally, I grabbed my plate and ran into my front yard (natural lighting of course ☀️ ) and snapped this photo 📸


Ingredients:

Flourish pancake and waffle mix
Water
Handful fresh blueberries
(I cooked these using my By Dash mini waffle iron)

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie

Chocolate covered strawberry smoothie?? 🍓 🍫 I have tried so many protein powders over the years, but this Oxyfresh chocolate vibe powder has to be one of my favorites! 💕

Vibe features delicious plant based protein, 7 nutrient dense greens, probiotics and quick and easy nutrition. ☀️


Ingredients:

1 banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 scoop Oxyfresh chocolate vibe powder
2/3 cup almond milk
AND BLEND

Maple Cinnamon Walnut Butter

MAPLE CINNAMON WALNUT BUTTER?? ❤️ There is something SO EMPOWERING about making your own nut butter! 🌰 For years I have known that nut butter was (supposed to be) just blended nuts with a little bit of salt..THATS IT! 👏🏼 But today was the day I finally made my own and IT WAS DELICIOUS! 😍


Ingredients:

1 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Olive oil (as needed)
(topping) Enjoy Life chocolate chips
(topping) sliced strawberries
(topping) drizzle honey

Recipe:

1. Add all ingredients to blender and BLEND!
2. Blend, blend, blend, blend, it is a process. If you have a cheaper blender (like me) you may need to add SMALL drizzles of olive oil to achieve a creamy consistency
3. Spread on your favorite bread or fruit, or enjoy on its own! 🍁

Vegan French Toast

HAPPY MONDAY! 📅 Time to get this week started off on the right foot, and for me, that is a tall glass of iced coffee and this vegan French toast breakfast 🧇


Ingredients:

2 slices Ezekiel bread
1 tbsp vegan butter or coconut oil
1/2 banana
1 handful mixed berries (I used strawberries and blueberries)
Drizzle maple syrup
Cinnamon

French Toast


There is no better start to a Saturday than a big plate of French toast with warm berries! 🍞 Happy Saturday!!! What did you have got breakfast today? ❓❓


Ingredients:

2 slices wheat bread
2 eggs
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
(Topping) 1 handful chopped strawberries, 1 handful blueberries, sautéd in coconut oil until fully cooked

Healthy Apple Pie Oatmeal

CONFESSION TIME: Until today, I have always made my oats in the microwave. 🙈 I started watching WellnessByKay on tik tok and felt like to be a food guru, I NEEDED to learn to make stovetop oats. So here we are….with the best bowl of apple pie oatmeal I have ever had 😍


Ingredients:

1/3 cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 splash vanilla
1/2 medium apple (diced)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2-3/4 cup Silk almond milk

Recipe:

1. Combine oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla into a mixing bowl. Put them to the side
2. Heat sauté pan to medium heat. Add butter/oil/cooking spray (of your choice) to the pan to avoid sticking
3. Add diced apples to the pan
4. Sauté apples until soft
5. Add dry ingredients, almond milk and syrup to the pan
6. Stir until combined and the oatmeal is cooked and has reached the consistency you like
7. Take off heat, let cool and enjoy!

Sweet and Savory Healthy Toast

BREAKFAST TODAY WAS HEAVEN 😇 How am I 25 years old and I’m just learning that mashed banana is an amazing toast topping? 😂


Toast Number 1 (sweet):

1/2 banana mashed
Sprinkle cinnamon
