Naan pizza is seriously THE BEST dinner! 🍕 I got these garlic naan breads from Amazon Fresh today and WOW! And pineapple belongs on pizza…I will not accept any other opinions 😂


Ingredients:

1 piece garlic naan bread
Mozzarella cheese
Homemade tomato sauce (recipe 2 posts back)
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Sliced ham
Sliced pineapple
Diced cherry tomatoes
Spinach

1 sliced medium red apple

Pizza Bites

PIZZA BITES ARE ALWAYS THE ANSWER 🍕 If you know me, you know I love pizza, in any way, shape or form. And pizza bites are one of the best snacks ❤️


Ingredients:

1 slice Ezekiel bread
1 spoonful tomato sauce
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
Healthy On You paleo poultry rub seasoning (from my Clean.Fit Box)
Cilantro

Recipe:

1. Toast Ezekiel bread
2. Top bread with sauce, cheese, and seasonings
3. Melt for 10 seconds in microwave (until cheese is mostly melted, otherwise cheese will fly all around the air fryer)
4. Place toast in air fryer for 5-10 minutes or until crispy
5. Slice into squares and enjoy 🍕

Healthy Homemade Hummus


There are no words to express how excited I am to share this homemade hummus recipe! ❤️ Homemade hummus is SO EASY and (in my humble opinion) much tastier than store bought brands. 🤗


Ingredients:

1 can drained chickpeas
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini
1 tbsp minced garlic
1.5 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
(topping) 1 tsp minced garlic
(topping) 1 drizzle olive oil
(topping) 1 pinch paprika

Recipe:

1. Add chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, minced garlic, and olive oil to blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Pour hummus into bowl
4. Add toppings and enjoy! 🥰

Oven Baked Tortilla Pizza

Oven baked tortilla pizza today for lunch and this…didn’t disappoint! 🍕 10/10 would recommend this, anytime anywhere!! 💕


Ingredients:

1 whole wheat tortilla (I used Mission carb balance wraps)
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Shredded spinach
Chopped mushrooms

Recipe:

1. Assemble pizza by placing tortilla down, adding sauce, topping with cheese and toppings
2. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until desired crispiness
3. Cut into slices and enjoy! 🍕

Avocado, Tomato, and Feta Salad

I am so in love with fresh salads, but sometimes not in the mood for lettuce. 🥬 This easy and fresh salad is the perfect treat 😊


Ingredients:

Cubed feta cheese
Sliced cherry tomatoes
Cubed avocado
Drizzle olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

BBQ Chicken Stuffed Bell Pepper

Ok I have noticed this trend on tik tok recently of people stuffing peppers with different ingredients (I’ve seen a deli sandwich, cream cheese and seasoning, etc.) 🌶


Ingredients:
1 bell pepper sliced in half
1 air fried and shredded chicken breast
2 tbsp bbq sauce
2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Recipe:

1. Air fry chicken breast until fully cooked
2. Let chicken cool. Then shred into a large bowl
3. Add bbq sauce and cilantro and mix well
4. Add mixture to bell pepper (or put on a bun, on top of a salad, or enjoy on its own)

Bruschetta Dip

Made the EASIEST dip/bruschetta topping ever this afternoon and had to share. We dipped pita chips in here and finished the bowl in a matter of minutes. How would you attack this? 😋


Ingredients:

1.5 cups sliced cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped basil
1/2 cup chopped feta
Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
Pinch of garlic salt

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites


I FINALLY MADE BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES 🌶 These air fried bites were so delicious, and 10/10 would absolutely make them again. 😋


Ingredients:

1/2 cauliflower head cut into bite sized pieces
3 slices toast
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 eggs
2 tbsp Franks Red Hot wing sauce
2 tbsp sliced green onion (for garnish)

Recipe:

1. Cut up cauliflower into bite sized pieces
2. Put toast, onion powder and Italian seasoning into blender. Blend. Should make bread crumbs
3. Add bread crumb mixture to a bowl
4. Add two eggs to a separate bowl. Whisk eggs. Add wing sauce to eggs and mix
5. On your station you should have 1 large bowl of cauliflower, 1 bowl of bread crumbs and 1 bowl of whisked eggs
6. Dip cauliflower into egg mixture, then into the bread crumbs and then place them into the air fryer
7. Repeat process for all cauliflower pieces
8. Air fry on 400 for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. **note these can also be baked in the oven on 400 for 8-10 minutes (or until golden brown)
9. Take out of oven/air fryer. Let cool. Add extra wing sauce and/or green onion
10. ENJOY ☺️

Homemade Air Fried Chicken Tenders

This post is going to be focused on these HOMEMADE AIR FRIED chicken tenders that are seriously restaurant quality. 👏🏼


Ingredients:

6 chicken tenders
2 slices toast
2 eggs
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Recipe:

1. Toast bread
2. Add bread, onion powder and Italian seasoning to blender (makes bread crumbs)
3. Add 2 eggs and whisk to bowl A
4. Add breadcrumbs to bowl B
5. Dip chicken tender into eggs, then into breadcrumbs and than place into air fryer
6. Repeat with all chicken tenders
7. Air fry for 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and coating is golden brown
8. Let cool and serve with your favorite side!

Speaking of sides, this quinoa mixture is just 2 cups cooked quinoa, 3 cups spinach, 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion, 2 tbsp stir fry sauce, and 1/4 cup chopped green onion!
