Banana Bread

THIS BANANA BREAD 🍌 Let me tell you, this banana bread was so good, I didn’t add chocolate chips because it was so good alone (and that never happens)!


Ingredients:

3 mashed bananas
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sat
1 tsp cinnamon
1 3/4 cup wheat flour
1 tsp coconut sugar (sprinkled on top)

Recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 325 F
2. Mash bananas in a bowl
3. Mix in all wet ingredients into the banana. Mix well
4. Add all dry ingredients into bowl and mix well
5. Add mix to a greased loaf pan
6. Sprinkle coconut sugar on top (optional)
7. Bake at 325 F for 50-55 minutes. Be sure it is cooked all the way through!!
8. Let cool, slice and enjoy 😊
