BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sometimes it’s important for me to focus on healthier alternatives instead of purely healthy meals. Does that make ANY sense❓ Like for example today, I was CRAVING pizza and I wanted to just order Domino’s. 🍕 Instead, I went to the grocery store, picked up a whole grain dough, and made it myself at home with lots of added veggies 🌱 Not the gold standard of healthy meals, but much healthier than a frozen pizza or takeout!! 💁🏽‍♀️ Can anyone relate?? 


1 pack whole grain pizza dough
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 baked and shredded chicken breasts
1 large handful arugula
1/8 cup chopped yellow onion
1/8 cup chopped green onion
Sliced red pepper 


Step 1: Roll out pizza dough and place on grease baking sheet
Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 F
Step 3: Put sauce on pizza and add all raw ingredients – green onion, yellow onion, arugula, and red pepper. (The chicken needs to be pre cooked and shredded)
Step 4: Put pre cooked and shredded chicken on pizza
Step 5: Bake in oven for 15 ish minutes, or until dough is golden brown
Step 6: Let cool. Slice and enjoy, guilt free 😍
