A HEALTHY twist on traditional fried rice! 🍚
2 cups rice
5 lbs cubed chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1.5 cups steamed green beans
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
Sesame seeds for topping
1. Cook the rice. Set it aside.
2. In a medium temperature skillet, add cubed chicken breast. Cook until almost completely cooked
3. Add onions and green beans. Stir frequently.
4. Finally add in rice and 2 raw eggs. YES 2 RAW EGGS. Make sure you make a hole in the fried rice and the eggs are scrambled right in the middle. Once the egg is fully cooked, mix it into the mixture
5. Let cool and enjoy! 🍀
