Shrimp and Chickpea Rice Meal Prep

#mealprep for the last 2 days of the week! Lunch today was DELICIOUS! Shrimp and chickpea Eat Banza rice with shrimp and sliced peppers 


Ingredients:

1 pack chickpea Eat Banza rice 
20 Costco boiled shrimp 
1 Tbsp McCormick Garlic salt
Cilantro – Trader Joe’s
