5 Ingredient Chocolate Mug Cake

Flour less, vegetarian, protein packed, chocolate mug cake!


Ingredients (Cake):

1 Banana (mashed) 
1 egg 
2 TB Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 pinch of nutmeg

Ingredients (Toppings):

Bob’s Red Mill coconut flakes 
Trader Joe’s strawberries 
Nestle Toll house dark chocolate chips

Recipe:

Step 1. Mash the banana
Step 2. Mix all ingredients together
Step 3. Grease bowl (I used a light spray of Pam’s Cooking Spray )
Step 4. Microwave cake for 1 minute and 30 seconds
Step 5. Add toppings and enjoy while it’s hot!
