Flour less, vegetarian, protein packed, chocolate mug cake!
1 Banana (mashed)
2 TB Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
Step 1. Mash the banana
Step 2. Mix all ingredients together
Step 3. Grease bowl (I used a light spray of Pam’s Cooking Spray )
Step 4. Microwave cake for 1 minute and 30 seconds
Step 5. Add toppings and enjoy while it’s hot!
