Now that I learned to make hummus, I can’t eat store bought any more! Making your own hummus saves money and allows for an endless array of customized flavors!
15 oz canned chick peas
1/4 cup lemon juice 🍋
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 C shredded Parmesan
2 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 TB water
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
Step 1: Blend Tahini, Lemon Juice and Garlic until is has a whipped cream like texture
Step 2: Slowly add Olive Oil to blender until smooth
Step 3: Add Water if too thick. I added about 2-3 TB. (this is healthier than adding more olive oil!)
Step 4: ENJOY!
